THERMOFORMING

„Thermoforming is a crucial polymer manufacturing process in the production of mass consumer goods such as packaging containers. In the process, a sheet or film of polymer is heated to make it malleable. After heating, the flat material is shaped into a desired form through the application of pressure or vacuum. The heating of the initial polymer layer is essential not only for the quality and quantity of the final product but also for process efficiency.
