MIO STRAP composite strapping is a rigid yet flexible product that can be easily used in various packaging applications. They are highly resistant to severe weather conditions (especially hot climates) and, unlike PET and steel strapping, do not break instantly from a single point against impacts. Due to its low elasticity, steel strapping can easily break from a single point against impacts during transportation. Among two products with the same breaking strength, the impact resistance of MIO STRAP composite strapping is 7 times greater compared to steel strapping.

MIO STRAP composite strapping should be used with our galvanized wire buckles. In this way, it has a considerably higher system breaking strength than textile strapping, woven strapping, PET, or PP, and does not loosen during transportation. It ensures that your load arrives at its destination without damage.

The most important factor affecting the system’s breaking strength is the joint. The joint strength of MIO STRAP composite strapping is approximately 75-90%.

MIO STRAP composite strapping can be re-tensioned if necessary. Especially for goods packed in rows on the pallet, the strap will not loosen due to its high elasticity.

MIO STRAP composite strapping is available in a wide range of dimensions. We have products that can be used, depending on the type of application and the weight of the pallet, in different widths (from 13mm to 40mm) and various breaking strengths (from 250 kgf to 2600 kgf).

We can produce our strapping in color, with special flexi printing, for example, the company logo / website / or any text requested by the client.
