WOVEN STRAPPING
The MIO STRAP polyester corded textile strapping (hotmelt) is produced by combining high tenacity polyester yarns with hot glue (hot-melt glue method). For this reason, this type of strapping is referred to as Hotmelt strapping.
Due to its superior properties, textile strapping is preferred for heavy loads and cargoes transported under difficult conditions.

The MIO STRAP braided polyester woven strapping is produced by combining high tenacity polyester yarns on narrow weaving machines and then subjecting them to a fixation process to achieve the desired strength, elongation, width, and length.
Due to its practical use and cost-effectiveness, they can be used for all types of products.

MIO STRAP woven strapping should be used with phosphate-coated wire buckles. When used with a buckle, the strapping does not loosen during transportation, ensuring that your load reaches its destination without damage. MIO STRAP braided polyester woven strapping has a considerably higher system breaking strength than PP strapping when used with the appropriate buckle.
The most important factor affecting the system’s strength is the joint strength. The joint strength of MIO STRAP woven strapping can reach up to 60-80%.
MIO STRAP woven strapping can be re-tensioned if necessary.
MIO STRAP woven strapping is available in a wide range of dimensions. We have products that can be used, depending on the type of application and the weight of the pallet, in different widths (from 13mm to 32mm) and various breaking strengths (from 150 kgf to 1350 kgf).
