The MIO STRAP polyester textile strapping (hotmelt) is produced by combining high tenacity polyester yarns with hot glue (hot-melt glue method). That is why it is called Hotmelt strapping.

Due to its superior properties, textile strapping is preferred for heavy loads and cargoes transported under difficult conditions.

MIO STRAP textile strapping can be used with galvanized or phosphate-coated wire buckles, depending on the application type. When used with the buckle, the strapping does not loosen during transportation, allowing your load to reach its destination without damage. MIO STRAP textile strapping has a considerably higher system breaking strength than PP strapping when used with the appropriate buckle.

The most important factor affecting the system’s strength is the joint strength. The joint strength of MIO STRAP textile strapping can reach up to 60-80%.

MIO STRAP textile strapping can be re-tensioned if necessary.

MIO STRAP textile strapping is available in a wide range of dimensions. We have products that can be used, depending on the type of application and the weight of the pallet, in different widths (from 7mm to 38mm) and various breaking strengths (from 150 kgf to 2400 kgf).
